Best of British

The Best of British collection is a combination of personalities and images from various different disciplines, including sport, music, film & television, politics and anywhere else that has carved itself into the rich tapestry of British modern history. Faces are my first love when it comes to painting as they are all so interesting and unique, but sometimes an image is so full of power from the moment it was captured or experienced, that I am overcome with the urge to paint my version of it. It is my tribute and acknowledgement of something special.
